Front Porch Coffee App

Overview:

Front Porch is a local non-profit organization that provides free coffee and community events, relying on volunteers and donations. The current lack of a centralized system leads to operational inefficiencies. This project aims to address inefficiencies in volunteer coordination, which currently involves manual processes like email communication and Google Sheets.

Created a mobile app for volunteers and management staff to streamline daily operations, improve communication, and provide a feedback system. This system aims to enhance operational efficiency and attract more volunteers by offering a more organized and user-friendly platform.

We also created mock-ups for different screens (login, create schedules, manage inventory, etc.) demonstrate the user interface. Diagrams like use case, context, and structure highlight the system's flow and interface structure for management and volunteers.
